The Anti-Corruption Office of Navarra announces four positions for secondment

The Office of Good Practices and Anti-Corruption of the Foral Community of Navarra has approved three calls to fill, via secondment, four job positions due to vacancies whose coverage is considered “urgent and immediate.” This was decided by the director of the body, Edurne Eginoa Antxo, through Resolutions 58, 59, and 60/2026, all dated August 6, published in the Official Gazette of Navarra number 167, dated August 25, 2026.
The positions are offered to civil servants of public administrations who meet the requirements of the Office’s job list, within the framework of Foral Law 7/2018, of May 17, creating the body, and Foral Decree 14/2023, of March 1, which approves its Organization and Operation Regulations.
Four positions, three resolutions
Resolution 58/2026 calls for two inspector (legal branch) positions, corresponding to positions 5 and 6 of the Investigation, Inspection, and Sanctioning Regime Service. Resolution 59/2026 offers one position as director of that same Service (position 4), and Resolution 60/2026, one position as director of the Legal Advisory Service (position 8).
- Resolution 58/2026: two inspector positions (legal branch), positions 5 and 6.
- Resolution 59/2026: one position as director of the Investigation, Inspection, and Sanctioning Regime Service, position 4.
- Resolution 60/2026: one position as director of the Legal Advisory Service, position 8.
Requirements and functions
For the inspector positions, it is required to be a civil servant in a position for which a degree or bachelor’s degree in Law was required, in active service and with the capacity to prepare investigation reports and resolution proposals. Position 5 additionally requires the EGA title or Basque equivalent to level C1 of the Common European Framework.
For the two service directorates, a seniority of at least one year in a position that required a Law degree is also requested. The director of the Legal Advisory Service must demonstrate the capacity to provide advice on administrative procedure, personnel, filling of positions, public procurement, and subsidies.
Deadlines and conditions
Applications are submitted electronically through the Office’s electronic headquarters (www.oana.es), within a period of thirty calendar days from the day following the publication in the gazette. The secondment is granted for one year, extendable for another, with a probationary period of two months.

- Duration of the secondment: one year, extendable for another.
- Probationary period: two months.
- Electronic registration at www.oana.es.
Individuals not selected may be considered to fill other vacancies within the Office during the year following the publication, provided they meet the requirements of the position.
The call for applications strengthens the control capacity of the Navarrese anti-corruption body at a time when several of its technical and management positions are vacant, guaranteeing the continuity of investigation, inspection, and legal advisory functions against corruption.
