Por FactBox Admin

The La Nucía City Council has consolidated its municipal workforce with the permanent appointment of eight career civil servants, adopted in various sessions of the Local Government Board held between January 2024 and March 2026. The decision was made public via an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante number 158, dated August 21, 2026, within section III of Local Administration.
The appointments, signed by the council’s Secretary General, occur after the successful completion of the corresponding internship periods established in the selection processes, and consolidate the candidates as career civil servants in positions within the municipality’s job registry.
Technical and Administrative Profiles
The bulk of the appointments correspond to technical and management positions, effective from the first months of the year:
- Francisca Palomares Llinares, psychologist, position no. 1844, effective August 1, 2026, after completing the internship period.
- Sonia López-Andújar Mejías, graphic designer, position no. 1920, effective January 12, 2026.
- Olga Rodríguez Villarroya, mid-level technician, position no. 544, effective March 20, 2026.
- Natalia Malla Martínez, IT specialist, position no. 272, effective April 1, 2026.
Reinforcement of the Local Police
A significant part of the appointments reinforces the La Nucía Local Police, with four officers attaining career civil servant status after completing their respective internship periods:
- Blas Alós Lloret, police officer, position no. 55, effective February 12, 2026.
- Vicente Mas Montes, police agent, position no. 421, effective June 29, 2026.
- Hugo Martínez Lillo, police agent, position no. 51, effective June 29, 2026.
- Pedro Javier Burrueco Gallardo, police inspector, position no. 1919, effective July 3, 2026.
Framework and Processing
The agreements were adopted in sessions of the Local Government Board dated January 8, January 22, February 12, and March 18, 2026, as well as in previous sessions on April 24, 2024, January 9, 2025, and September 19, 2024, corresponding to the selection processes for police positions. The announcement is published “for general knowledge” of the citizenry, in accordance with the administrative procedure for the publicity of personnel acts.
With this consolidation, the council provides stability to essential services such as psychological care, graphic design, municipal IT, and public safety, reducing temporary employment in key organizational positions. For the residents of La Nucía, the measure represents a more stable and qualified workforce in areas directly linked to the provision of public services.
