The Mancomunidad de los 150 Pueblos publishes the admitted candidates for Environmental Agent

The Association of the 150 Towns of the Land of Soria has made public the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call for the selection of one civil servant position as an Environmental Agent, vacant in its staff. The list, approved by Presidential Resolution on August 26, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria number 101, dated August 31, 2026, along with the composition of the tribunal that will judge the tests.

The announcement, signed by the president Guillermo Abad Pérez, opens a period of ten business days for excluded applicants to file claims or rectify the defects that led to their exclusion. All information is available on the Association’s electronic headquarters.

Provisional list of applicants

The call provides for a single position of Environmental Agent, and the provisional list includes a total of 25 applicants, of whom 22 appear as admitted and 3 as excluded. The excluded are:

• Daniel Núñez Pérez (72***595D), excluded for cause d.
• Ricardo Sánchez Herranz (72***214D), excluded for cause d.
• Alejandro Arguedas García (11***116Y), excluded for cause d.

Among the admitted are, among others, Javier Martínez Cacho, David Sanz Fernández, David De Miguel Rubio, Nerea Martínez Zunzarren, Carmen Moreno Moreno, Gerardo Pacheco Latorre, Cristian Pascual Escribano, Eduardo Tarancón Ayuso, Juan García Tejedor, Álvaro Rubio del Río, Sergio Lafuente Peñaranda, Arián Ascorbe García, Rosana Maqueda Lafuente, Raúl Díez Bueno, Susana Ortiz Sanz, Diego Gonzalo García, Jerónimo Sánchez López, Berta Altelarrea Pérez, Víctor Aguilera López, Cristina Narros Acero, Luis Rodríguez Luengos, and Pedro Prieto Flores.

Grounds for exclusion

Cause d, which affects the three excluded applicants, refers to not possessing the required qualification: Higher Technician in Forestry and Natural Environment Management or equivalent. The remaining requirements of the call are:

• To have Spanish nationality.
• To be at least sixteen years of age and not exceed, where applicable, the maximum compulsory retirement age.
• Not to have been dismissed through disciplinary proceedings nor be under absolute or special disqualification.
• To hold a valid Class B driver’s license.
• To possess the functional capacity for the performance of the tasks.

Composition of the tribunal

Through the same Resolution, the tribunal to judge the tests has been approved, composed of career civil servants from various bodies:

• Presidency: María Cristina Alcalde Olivares, Senior Engineer (Forestry) (A1); substitute Silvia García García.
• Member: Carmelo Lucas Santolaya, Faculty Assistant of the Environmental Agents Scale (C1); substitute Andrés Isla Gallego.
• Member: Rafael Arancón Gómez, Comptroller Secretary of the Municipal Assistance Service of the Provincial Council of Soria; substitute Javier Sainz Ruiz.
• Member: Héctor González de Diego, Environmental Agent of the Mancomunidad de los 150 Pueblos; substitute David Botija Ibáñez, from the Soria City Council.
• Secretary/Member: Mª Concepción Laseca Calvo, Comptroller Secretary of the Mancomunidad; substitute Eva María Lázaro Arana, from the Agrupación Vinuesa y Molinos de Duero.

The filling of this position reinforces the surveillance and environmental management capacity of an entity that groups 150 localities of the Tierra de Soria region, a territory of great natural value. The final resolution, once the claims have been resolved, will determine who joins a key function for the protection of the natural environment of Soria.
