La Línea publishes the provisional list for the B1 cook job pool

The City Council of La Línea de la Concepción has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the creation of the job bank for the position of Cook, group B, subgroup B1. The resolution, adopted by the Mayor’s Office via Decree No. 3397/2026 (file LIPER-00370-2026), is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz number 163, dated August 25, 2026, and on the notice board of the municipal website (www.lalinea.es).

The process is framed within the personnel selection rules approved by Mayor’s Resolution No. LIPER-0314-2026, dated July 1, 2026, and published in full in the BOP of Cádiz number 134, dated July 15, 2026. The resolution is issued by virtue of Article 20 of Royal Decree 364/1995, of March 10, and Article 21.1.g) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime.

Admitted and excluded candidates

Following the application submission period, the provisional list includes two admitted candidates and none excluded:

• Isabel Leonor Gil Luna (ID *5345)

• Roberto Sánchez Gil (ID *7158)

• Excluded: none.

Composition of the qualifying tribunal

The same resolution appoints the members of the qualifying tribunal that will evaluate the selection process:

• President: Ms. Gloria Pérez Herrera; substitute, Mr. Alexander Escalona Martín.
• Secretary: Ms. Raquel Palos Manuel; substitute, Ms. Carmen Rocío Ramírez Bernal.
• Member: Mr. Marcos Benigno Trigo; substitute, Ms. Rocío Pilar Almagro García.
• Member: Ms. Rocío González Cobalea; substitute, Mr. José Antonio Martín Moreno.
• Member: Ms. María Jesús Rodríguez Brioso Pérez; substitute, Mr. Eduardo Infante Chacón.

Publication and subsequent procedure

The resolution orders the publication of the list in the BOP of Cádiz and on the notice board of the City Council’s website, and to report to the Plenary in the next ordinary session, in compliance with Article 42 of Royal Decree 364/1995. The list is provisional, therefore interested parties may submit any allegations they deem appropriate before it is made final.

The creation of this job bank will allow the council to efficiently cover temporary staffing needs for the position of cook, a resource of direct interest to candidates for local public employment who have participated in the selection process.
