The Board publishes the beneficiaries of the 2025 CAP direct payments
Por FactBox Admin

The General Directorate of Community Agricultural Policy of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Environment and Environmental Policy has publicized the list of beneficiaries included in the Resolution of October 5, 2026, which agrees on the granting of direct payments from the single application for the year 2025. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (BOCYL) number 202, of Monday, October 19, 2026, on page 92, with the official reference BOCYL-D-19102026-202-20. The list includes, for each beneficiary, the amount of the aid granted.
Framework of the call
The payments correspond to the interventions included in the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) of the Kingdom of Spain 2023-2027 and are financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) of the European Union. The original call is the Order of January 27, 2025, of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Rural Development, which called for interventions in the form of direct payments, rural development interventions, and the establishment of common PEPAC requirements for the year 2025, with BDNS 810706.
The announcement is based on articles 40 and 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, to bring the resolution to public knowledge through its electronic publication.
Where to consult the list
The list of beneficiaries, with reference AYG05525, is published on the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León, on the notice board of the paying agency (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es). The document details, person by person, the amount of the aid granted in this resolution.

- List reference: AYG05525.

- Publication: BOCYL number 202, of October 19, 2026, page 92.
Deadlines and appeal process
The resolution ends the administrative route, therefore the interested parties have two ways of challenging it, counted in both cases from the day following the publication of the announcement:
- Appeal for reversal before the general director of Community Agricultural Policy, within a period of one month.
- Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castilla y León, within a period of two months.
Background of the same procedure
This is not the first resolution of this call to be made public. BOCYL number 192, dated October 2, 2026, page 68, published the list of beneficiaries of the Resolution of September 4, 2026, with reference AYG05425, also relating to the direct payments of the 2025 single application funded by EAGF. Previously, BOCYL number 155, dated August 12, 2026, page 13, publicized list AYG05325, corresponding to payment 3/2025 of the aid for areas with limitations, co-financed by EAFRD and processed under the same Order of January 27, 2025 and the same code BDNS 810706.
The staggered publication is due to the partial nature of each resolution: each announcement incorporates the beneficiaries included in the corresponding administrative act, so that the set of the single application is completed as controls and processing progress.
Impact for the sector
For farmers and ranchers in Castilla y León, this announcement is the official evidence that their 2025 CAP file has been resolved favorably and of the amount they will receive charged to the EAGF. The publication on the paying agency’s notice board also establishes the starting point for the appeal periods, so that anyone not appearing on the list or dissatisfied with the assigned amount now knows the exact timeframe to claim.
