La Junta nombra funcionarios de carrera del Cuerpo Auxiliar

The General Directorate of the Civil Service of Castilla-La Mancha has appointed career civil servants and assigned permanent posts to the individuals who passed the selection process for entry into the Auxiliary Corps of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha. The decision is detailed in the Resolution of 10/09/2026, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha on September 16, 2026, with reference [2026/6591], and affects those entering through both the general open access system and the system for persons with disabilities.

The process is part of the call approved by the General Directorate itself through the Resolution of December 05, 2024 (D.O.C.M. No. 244, of 12-18-2024). Following the completion of the selection process, posts were offered to the successful candidates via the Resolution of August 20, 2026 (D.O.C.M. No. 163, of 08-26-2026). Once the applications for the offered positions and the required documentation were submitted, and in accordance with the eleventh clause of the call, the appointment and final assignment of posts now proceed.

Appointment and assignment of posts

The resolution, signed by the Director General of the Civil Service, José Narváez Vila, acting under delegation from the Councilor for Finance, Public Administrations, and Digital Transformation, appoints the successful candidates as career civil servants and assigns them a permanent post according to Annex I of the resolution. The assigned positions correspond to the category of Administrative Assistant, with a salary level of 6796.80 and a standard working day, in the province of Toledo.

Among the assigned posts are positions in various bodies and agencies of the regional Administration:

  • Provincial Delegation of the Department of Social Welfare (Toledo)
  • Central Services of the General Secretariat for Economy, Business, and Employment
  • Women’s Institute of Castilla-La Mancha
  • Educational centers (IES) in the province of Toledo

Assumption of office and requirements

The appointed personnel must assume their assigned post within a period of one month starting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha. The assumption of office shall take place at the Personnel Department of the body or agency to which the post is assigned.

The period may be suspended due to illness or force majeure that prevents joining, upon request by the interested parties within the possession period and with accreditation of the alleged circumstance; in such case, the period shall begin to be counted from the date the cause ceases to exist. For the taking of possession, the declaration provided for in Article 13 of Royal Decree 598/1985, of April 30, or, where applicable, the request for compatibility contemplated in Article 10 of Law 53/1984, of December 26, on Incompatibilities of Personnel in the Service of Public Administrations, must be made.

Appeals

The resolution exhausts the administrative route. An administrative-law appeal may be filed against it before the Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha within two months of its publication, or, optionally, a request for reversal before the General Directorate of the Civil Service within one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure.

With this appointment, the Junta de Comunidades consolidates the incorporation of new career civil servants into the Auxiliary Corps, reinforcing the administrative services of the regional Administration and providing stability to those who passed the selection process, who now permanently occupy their job positions.
