La Junta cita a los afectados por la Ronda Sur de Badajoz

The Regional Government of Extremadura (Junta de Extremadura) has summoned the owners of the estates affected by section II of the Badajoz Southern Ring Road (EX-310 – EX-107) for the drafting of records prior to occupation. The appearances will take place at the Badajoz City Council on November 9, 10, 11, and 12, 2026, according to Announcement 3667/2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz number 190, dated October 5, 2026.

The occupation of the assets was declared urgent by decree 165/2026, dated September 9, published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 177, dated September 14, 2026. For this reason, the expropriation is being processed under the procedure provided for in Article 52 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law, of December 16, 1954.

The announcement, signed on September 17, 2026, by the Head of the Expropriations Service, Isabel Fernández de los Ríos Mesa, affects more than 60 estates distributed among polygons 224, 283, 284, 287, and 288 of the municipality of Badajoz. The file is officially identified as Rondabadajoz – Badajoz Southern Ring Road. Section II: EX-310 – EX-107.

Appearance Schedule

All summons will be held at the Badajoz City Council, with the following time distribution:

  • November 9, 2026: from 9:00 to 13:00 hours.
  • November 10, 2026: from 9:00 to 12:30 hours.
  • November 11, 2026: from 9:00 to 12:30 hours.
  • November 12, 2026: from 9:00 to 11:00 hours.

Affected Owners and Estates

The list includes both individuals as well as companies and entities. Among the summoned holders are:

  • The Rodríguez-Viñals Causiño family (estate 1/0, polygon 288, plot 17).
  • Agrícola Forestal Calamón, SA (estate 2/0, polygon 288, plot 18).
  • Cemfex, SL (estate 49/0, polygon 284, plot 55).
  • Centro de Reciclajes Extremeños (Cerexsal, SA) (estate 75/0, polygon 284, plot 46).
  • Reto a la Esperanza (estates 52/0 and 53/0, polygon 284, plots 49 and 47).
  • The Andalusian Culture Foundation, together with the heirs of Correa García (estate 30/0, polygon 287, plot 15).

The bulk of the plots are concentrated in polygon 287, with owners such as Valentín Barrientos Villa, Miguel Gil Torralvo, the heirs of Luis Muñoz Perdigón, Francisca Muñoz Fernández and M.ª Asunción Muñoz Fernández, or the Fagúndez Rodríguez brothers. In polygon 284, among others, appear Carlos Oscar Pérez Orrego, M.ª Luisa Pérez Orrego and the heirs of Ramón Pérez Alvelo, as well as Luis Miguel Terrón Rodrigo (estates 78/0 and 81/0, polygon 224).

Documentation and Allegations

Interested parties must appear in person or be represented by a duly authorized person, providing the documents proving their ownership:

  • Simple note from the Property Registry.
  • Latest IBI (Property Tax) receipt.
  • Inheritance deeds or other titles.

They may be accompanied, at their own expense, by their experts and a notary. Until the date set for the drawing up of the preliminary reports, allegations may be submitted to correct possible errors in the list of assets and rights, via email to expropiaciones@juntaex.es or before the Expropriation Service of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Housing, at avenida de las Comunidades, s/n, Mérida (Badajoz), or at any of the registries provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1.

The summons is decisive for the owners of estates in the surroundings of the Ronda Sur: it marks the formal start of the expropriation procedure and sets the moment when they must prove their ownership and negotiate the valuation of the land. Anyone who does not appear on the assigned date risks the Administration continuing the processing without their direct intervention.
