The Junta awards a premises in Puertollano at auction for 58,617 euros

The Regional Ministry of Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has announced the resolution of the disposal procedure via public auction of a premises assigned to the separate land and housing assets, located in Puertollano (Ciudad Real). The asset has been awarded to the highest bidder, Julián García Laguna, for an amount of 58,617.24 euros (VAT included).

The decision is formalized in the Resolution of 04/09/2026, of the General Secretariat, signed in Toledo by the Secretary General Daniel Corredor Román, and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 175, of September 11, 2026, within the section of procurement announcements and public tenders.

Regulatory Framework and Processing

The property is part of the separate land and housing assets regulated in Decree 22/1986, of April 1, and is owned by the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. The file, processed by the General Secretariat (Procurement Service) under number EN-SUB-1/2026, followed a prior procedure that began with the publication of the disposal announcement in DOCM number 101, of May 29, 2026.

The processing was supported by several resolutions from the General Directorate of Housing and the Regional Ministry of Development itself:

The Asset and Auction Conditions

The disposal was carried out through an ascending public auction, with the initial submission of bids in sealed envelopes and the award to the highest bidder. The awarded premises are described in Annex I of the resolution with the following data:

• Property: premises at calle Valdepeñas, 2, ground floor (Local 8), in Puertollano (Ciudad Real).
• Cadastral reference: 3747007VH0834N0009MU.
• Property Registry of Almodóvar del Campo, C.R.U. 13004001149793 (volume 1360, book 315, folio 57, estate 28236).
• Registered area: 86.42 m².
• Minimum bid amount: 48,344.00 euros (VAT excluded).
• Award amount: 58,617.24 euros (including 21% VAT).

Awardee and Relevance

The awardee, Julián García Laguna, of Spanish nationality, emerged as the winner of the procedure by submitting the best offer. The resolution, dated September 4, 2026, thus closes a process initiated months earlier with the declaration of alienability of the property.

The operation entails the removal of an asset from the region’s land and housing estate, in line with the regional administration’s policy of disposing of patrimonial assets through public tender. For the Puertollano real estate market, the awarding of an 86-square-meter premises in the heart of Valdepeñas Street reinforces transactional activity in the area and confirms private interest in the assets that the Junta puts up for sale.
