The Board awards two management positions in Agriculture and Education

The Regional Government of Castilla y León has resolved two public calls for free appointment with the awarding of two positions of responsibility in the departments of Agriculture, Livestock, Rural Environment and Environmental Policy and Education, both based in Valladolid. The appointments are published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 162, dated Friday, August 21, 2026, in the Authorities and Personnel section.

The two resolutions are issued in the exercise of the powers conferred by Law 3/2001, of July 3, on the Government and Administration of the Community, and in accordance with articles 48 and 51 of Law 7/2005, of May 24, on the Civil Service of Castilla y León. In both cases, the candidate considered most suitable among those who applied for each position has been appointed.

An advisor for the General Secretariat of Agriculture

Order AGR/788/2026, of August 17, resolves the call announced by Order AGR/656/2026, of July 10 (BOCYL number 137, of July 17), and awards the position of Advisor to Ms. Nuria Lázaro Fernandez. The cessation from the previous position must occur within three business days from publication, and the assumption of office on the following business day.

• Position: Advisor, assigned to the General Secretariat of the Department of Agriculture.
• Subgroup: A1; level: 27; specific supplement: 15.

A services coordinator in Education

Order EDU/789/2026, of August 19, resolves the call announced by Order EDU/692/2026, of July 24 (BOCYL number 144, of July 28), and awards the position of Services Coordinator to Sara De la Viuda Linares. The appointee must cease her previous assignment and take office within the regulatory period, with copies of the proceedings sent to the General Personnel Registry within the following three days.

• Position: Services Coordinator, in the General Secretariat of the Department of Education.
• Group: A1; level: 29; specific supplement: 17.

• Location: Valladolid.
• Signature: the regional minister María Pardo Álvarez.

Appeal periods

Both orders exhaust the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against them within two months of their publication, as well as, optionally, a request for reversal before the head of the corresponding department within one month, in accordance with Law 29/1998 and Law 39/2015.

These appointments reinforce the management structure of two key departments of the regional administration, with positions reserved for officials of subgroup A1 that are filled through the system of free appointment, allowing the Junta to select trusted profiles for advisory and coordination functions in Valladolid.
