The processing directly affects the owners of the seven listed estates and the deployment of electrical and telecommunications infrastructure in the surroundings of Jaraicejo, where fiber optics are laid along the route of evacuation lines for photovoltaic parks. The declaration of public utility would enable, where applicable, the urgent occupation of the land, therefore the open period for allegations is the primary means for those affected to defend their rights.
