The Regional Government will pay for the expropriations of the A-306 road in Torredonjimeno

The Territorial Delegation of Housing, Youth, Territorial Planning, Development, and Mobility in Jaén has summoned the owners affected by the road safety improvement works on the A-306 highway, in the municipality of Torredonjimeno, to collect the payment from the mutual agreement file. The payment will take place on October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Torredonjimeno Town Hall. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén number 183, dated September 21, 2026, under reference 2026/4175.

The announcement, signed in Jaén on September 4, 2026, by the territorial delegate Miguel Contreras López, is issued once the payment order for mutual agreement file number 1, resolved by the Provincial Valuation Commission, has been made effective. The summons is based on Article 49 of the Compulsory Expropriation Regulations of April 26, 1957.

The action is part of the compulsory expropriation file for the properties affected by the project “Improvement of road safety on the A-306. Section: P.K. 41+850 to the final P.K. Municipality of Torredonjimeno (Jaén)”, identified by the code 01-JA-2383-0000-PC. On the same day, the Territorial Delegation published another payment announcement for late interest regarding the A-311 works in Lahiguera and Andújar, under reference 2026/4183.

Interested owners must attend the act personally or through a duly authorized representative via a general or special power of attorney for this case.

Furthermore, it is advised that the National Identity Document must be presented at the indicated act.

Third parties with superior rights

The announcement is made public so that third parties who consider themselves to have a superior right to receive the compensation may appear on the indicated day, time, and place to file the claim they deem appropriate.

To do so, they must be provided with the documents on which they base their intervention.

The call directly affects the owners of land expropriated for the road safety works of the A-306 as it passes through Torredonjimeno, who have a single date to formalize the collection of the compensation already resolved by the Provincial Valuation Commission. Anyone who does not attend personally, nor designate a representative with a notarized power of attorney, or fails to present their National Identity Document, will not be able to receive payment on the designated date.
