The Regional Government pays late payment interest for the expropriation of the A-6201

The Territorial Delegation of Housing, Youth, Territorial Planning, Development, and Mobility in Jaén, under the Ministry of Housing, Youth, Territorial Planning, Development, and Mobility of the Regional Government of Andalusia, has summoned the owners affected by the compulsory expropriation for the completion and conditioning works of the connection of Sorihuela del Guadalimar with the N-322 via the A-6201 for the collection of late payment interests. Payment will be made on September 28, 2026, at the town halls of Villanueva del Arzobispo and Sorihuela del Guadalimar. The announcement appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén number 173, dated September 7, 2026, pages 13326 and 13327, with reference 2026/4007.

A third release for late payment interests

The announcement corresponds to release number 3 for the payment of late payment interests related to the compulsory expropriation file of the properties affected by the work, with the key 02-JA-2354-0000-PC. The action is being processed within the municipal boundaries of Sorihuela del Guadalimar and Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén).

The summons is carried out in compliance with Article 49 of the Compulsory Expropriation Regulations of April 26, 1957, which regulates the payment of compensation and its interests to the interested parties.

Where and how to collect

Owners must appear on the designated day and time, either personally or through a duly authorized representative with a general or special power of attorney for this case. They must present their National Identity Document at the time of the act.

• Villanueva del Arzobispo: September 28, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at the Town Hall.
• Sorihuela del Guadalimar: September 28, 2026, at 11:15 AM, at the Town Hall.

Furthermore, it is made public that third parties who consider themselves to have a better right to receive the compensation may appear on the indicated day, time, and place to file the claim they deem appropriate, provided with the documents supporting their intervention.
