La Junta abona intereses de demora por expropiación en Sorihuela

The Territorial Delegation of Housing, Youth, Territorial Planning, Development, and Mobility in Jaén, of the Regional Government of Andalusia, has summoned the owners of the estates affected by the compulsory expropriation for the completion and conditioning work of the connection between Sorihuela del Guadalimar and the N-322 to pay them the late payment interests. The payment will take place on September 15, 2026, at the town halls of Villanueva del Arzobispo and Sorihuela del Guadalimar. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén, number 174, dated September 8, 2026, with reference 2026/4022.

A sixth disbursement for interests

The announcement corresponds to disbursement number 6 for the payment of late payment interests from the compulsory expropriation file of the estates affected by the work “Completion and conditioning of the connection between Sorihuela del Guadalimar and the N-322 via the A-6201. Municipalities of Sorihuela del Guadalimar and Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén)”, with key 02-JA-2354-0000-PC. The action is processed under Article 49 of the Compulsory Expropriation Regulations of April 26, 1957, which regulates the payment of compensation to the landowners.

Where and when to collect

Interested parties must appear on the designated day, time, and place, either personally or through an authorized representative with a general or special power of attorney for this case. They must present their National Identity Document at the time.

  • Villanueva del Arzobispo: September 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM, at the Town Hall.
  • Sorihuela del Guadalimar: September 15, 2026, at 11:15 AM, at the Town Hall.

List of affected parties

The gazette publishes the list of estates and the interested parties summoned for payment:

  • Estates 24, 26NV2, and 27: Mariana Uceda López, Ana Isabel Uceda Fernández, and Ana Fernández Torregrosa.
  • Estate 33: Pedro José Sánchez Cabrera and M.ª Pilar Plaza Martínez.
  • Estate 62: José María Bueno Bueno.
  • Estate 71: Luis Javier Bueno Bueno.
  • Estate 74: Ángel Felguera Moreno.
  • Estates 78, 79, and 80: Juan Pedro Felgueras Secaduras and María Antonia Moreno López.

Third-party rights

The announcement further warns that if there are third parties who consider themselves to have a better right to receive the compensation, they may appear on the indicated day, time, and place to file the claim they deem appropriate, and must bring the documents supporting their intervention. The announcement was signed in Jaén on August 24, 2026, by the territorial delegate, Miguel Contreras López.

The publication represents a significant step for the owners of the estates affected by this road connection, who thus see the payment of the late payment interests accumulated during the expropriation process recognized—a right that guarantees compensation for the time elapsed since the occupation of the land.
