La Jacetania approves extraordinary credit for emergency expenses

The Plenary Session of the Comarcal Council of La Jacetania, in a session held on August 20, 2026, initially approved the Credit Modification file no. 7/2026 of the current budget, in the form of a Credit Supplement and Extraordinary Credit, financed by the Treasury Remainder for General Expenses to address emergency expenses. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 160, Monday August 24, 2026 (reference BOPH-2026-160013).

Legal framework and processing

The processing is supported by article 169.1, by referral from article 177.2, of the Recast Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. In accordance with this provision, the file is subject to public information for a period of fifteen business days, counted from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the official gazette.

The announcement is signed by the President of the Comarca, Olvido Moratinos Gracia, dated August 21, 2026 in Jaca.

Period for allegations and examination of the file

During the public information period, interested parties may examine the file and submit any claims they deem appropriate to the Plenary:

• Examination of the file: at the Comarca Audit Office (Intervención), during office hours.
• Electronic consultation: on the notice board of the entity’s electronic headquarters.
• Submission of allegations: before the Plenary of the Comarcal Council during the period of fifteen business days.

If no claims have been submitted after the period has elapsed, the initial approval agreement will be considered elevated to definitive, without the need for a new plenary agreement, proceeding to the summary publication thereof for its entry into force.
