La Hiniesta puts out to tender the lease of a premises for a bar

The La Hiniesta City Council has announced a tender for the lease of a heritage property of 142.42 m² located at Calle Andavías, no. 10, intended for use as a bar. The tender is processed under file 96/2026 and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora number 105, dated September 9, 2026, in section III of Local Administration.

The call is based on the Mayoral Resolution of July 21, 2023, which agreed to the opening of the procedure. The property, of heritage class and endowment use, was built in 1920 and is listed with the cadastral reference 6542506TM6064S0001PI.

Object and conditions of the tender

The object of the tender is the lease of the premises for its operation as a bar, and the award will be made according to several criteria set out in the specific administrative clauses document (PCAP). The competent body to resolve is the Mayor’s Office, and the processing of the file corresponds to the Secretariat of the City Council.

Submission of offers

Proposals must be submitted within a period of ten (10) calendar days counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOP. If the last day is a Saturday or another non-working day, the period will be extended until the next working day.

• Envelopes may be delivered to the Registry of the La Hiniesta City Council.
• Submission via any of the means provided for in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, is also permitted, provided that the secrecy and confidentiality of the proposals are guaranteed.
• The documentation to be provided shall be that indicated in the regulatory specifications.

Information and opening of offers

The opening of the offers will be held at the La Hiniesta City Council, at Calle Andavías, no. 6, and the date and time will be communicated to all bidders. Documentation and information can be obtained at the Secretariat of the City Council, at the same address, with postal code 49192, telephone 980 552 003 and electronic office lahiniesta.sedelectronica.es, until the end of the submission period for offers.

The announcement, electronically signed by the Mayor on September 4, 2026, offers local entrepreneurs the opportunity to acquire a 142 m² premises in the heart of the town’s urban center, through an open and transparent procedure that seeks to utilize a heritage property of the municipality.
