La Gineta y Hellín impulsan sus modificaciones de crédito para 2026

The La Gineta City Council has finalized the credit modification file 14/2026, in the form of a credit supplement, intended to finance the expansion of the municipal gym. The plenary agreement, adopted on September 28, 2026, was automatically finalized as no objections were filed and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete (BOP) number 127, dated Friday, October 30, 2026, Third Section. In the same issue, the Hellín City Council reports the final approval of 5,000 euros in extraordinary credits and submits a second credit supplement file for public review.

The expansion of the La Gineta gym, with 10,000 euros

The operation is processed in compliance with article 169.1, by referral of 177.2, of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries. The credit supplement amounts to 10,000.00 euros and is applied to the expansion item of the Municipal Gym (A.D.I.), within program 342 and economic application 62200.

The effect on the municipal accounts is as follows:

  • Initial credits of application 342 62200: 93,570.00 euros.
  • Approved credit modification: 10,000.00 euros.
  • Final credits: 103,570.00 euros.
  • Financing: entry in revenue application 87000 from the liquid treasury surplus for general expenses, for 10,000.00 euros.

The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, José Sánchez Plaza, and bears the official reference 29.284 (p. 21).

Hellín: 5,000 euros of extraordinary credit now final

The Hellín City Council publishes the summary by chapters of file 11CE/2026, for the granting of extraordinary credits in the amount of 5,000.00 euros, approved by plenary agreement on September 28, published in the BOP number 115, of October 2, 2026. Since no claims were filed, the modification is considered definitively approved and proceeds to publication as a prerequisite for entry into force, in accordance with articles 169 and 177 of RDL 2/2004 and articles 35 and following of RD 500/1990, of April 20.

The movements are concentrated in two chapters:

  • Expenditure entry: chapter 4, current transfers, 5,000.00 euros.
  • Financing: cancellations or reductions of credits from uncommitted items, chapter 2, current expenses for goods and services, 5,000.00 euros.

The official reference of the announcement is 29.370 (p. 25). Against this approval, which ends the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months from the day following the publication of the edict.

A second file opened in Hellín

In the same issue of the bulletin, the Hellín City Council submits for public information file 3SC/2026, regarding credit modifications in the form of credit supplements in the 2026 budget, initially approved by the Plenary on October 26, 2026. The operation is financed through credit reductions from other uncommitted items of the current budget.

The complete file will be available for fifteen business days starting from the day following publication, on the municipal electronic office (hellin.sedipualba.es). Interested parties under article 170.1 of the TRLHL may examine it and submit claims to the Plenary for the reasons stated in paragraph 2 of the same article; if none are submitted, it will be definitively approved. The announcement bears reference 29.290 (page 24).

Both city councils thus adjust their 2026 budgets in the final stretch of the fiscal year, with operations of small amounts but immediate effect: La Gineta consolidates the financing of a sports infrastructure charged to its Treasury surplus, and Hellín reorganizes current items to address new transfers, while keeping open the possibility of a third adjustment before the end of the year.
