Opening of the administrative procedure

The Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) number 188 of Monday, 17 August 2026, has published the public information notice regarding the project for the installation of a fertiliser and organic soil amendment production plant. The notice appears on page 19590 of the gazette, within Section I. Autonomous Community, announcements section, with reference number BORM-844726-2026-08-17.

The decision has been adopted by the Ministry of the Environment, Industry, Universities, Research and Mar Menor, in compliance with state regulations on environmental impact assessment and integrated pollution prevention and control. The project, promoted by the company Cardimora S.L., is based at industrial estate 25, plot 69, in the municipality of Mula, and is identified by file number AAI20260008.

30-day period for submissions

The procedure, open from the day following the publication of the notice (Tuesday, 18 August), has a duration of 30 calendar days. During this period, any natural or legal person may consult the documentation of the environmental impact study and the application for the integrated environmental authorisation (AAI).

Submissions must be addressed exclusively to the Directorate General for the Environment. The applicable legislation invoked in the notice is Article 36 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment, and Article 16 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2016, of 16 December, approving the consolidated text of the Law on integrated pollution prevention and control.
