The Generalitat publishes the provisional lists of admitted candidates for four competitive examinations

The General Directorate of Public Service of the Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration has published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10435, dated August 24, 2026, the provisional lists of admitted and excluded persons in several calls for access to the Valencian public service. The resolutions, signed by the general director Vicente Serra Martínez, affect the auxiliary, administrative, and tax technical bodies, and open a period of ten business days for thousands of applicants to correct the errors that led to their exclusion.

The lists are published in section II (Authorities and Personnel), section A) of public employment offers, competitive examinations, and contests, in accordance with article 15 of Decree 3/2017, of January 13, which approves the Regulation for the selection, provision of job positions, and mobility of personnel in the Valencian public service, and according to base 6 of the respective call orders.

Auxiliary and Administrative Body

The resolution of August 13, 2026, publishes the provisional list for the auxiliary body, C2-01, call 70/26, open entry, which includes 866 applicants accessing via disability, 96 via intellectual disability, and 60 via mental illness. The call is governed by Order 9/2026, of March 10 (DOGV 10331, of March 27, 2026).

For its part, the resolution of August 7, 2026, contains the list for the administrative body, C1-01, call 58/26, open entry, with 585 applicants via disability, 21 via intellectual disability, and 47 via mental illness, pursuant to Order 16/2026, of April 7 (DOGV 10345, of April 20, 2026).

Tax Technical Body and Tax Agents

The resolution of August 13, 2026, also publishes the provisional list for the Generalitat’s tax technical body, A2-05, call 50/26, open entry, regulated by Order 26/2026, of May 12 (DOGV 10362, of May 14, 2026).

In the same bulletin, the lists for the Generalitat’s body of tax agents, C1-07, are disseminated in its two modalities:

• Call 68/26, open entry, with 50 applicants via disability, according to Order 21/2026, of April 30 (DOGV 10358, of May 8, 2026).
• Call 69/26, internal promotion, with 2 applicants via disability, pursuant to Order 22/2026, of May 5.

Correction Period and Electronic Procedure

Excluded persons have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication in the DOGV, to correct the errors that led to their inadmissibility or to submit allegations. This procedure is mandatory and must be carried out exclusively electronically, in accordance with section 6 of article 66 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations.

• The form is available on the Generalitat Administration portal, at the link https://breu.gva.es/b/6BLqC4.
• Admitted persons can check their method of access through the “Consulta forma de acceso” (Check access method) link on the website of each call, using their DNI.
• The lists of admitted persons are listed in Annex I and those of excluded persons, along with the reasons, in Annex II of each resolution.

The simultaneous publication of these provisional lists represents a decisive step in the Generalitat’s personnel selection calendar, affecting thousands of applicants throughout the Valencian Community. Those listed as excluded must act swiftly within the correction period, as failure to comply with the mandatory electronic procedure may result in the definitive loss of their status as an applicant in these calls.
