The Generalitat appoints 91 officials to the nursing auxiliary scale

The Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration has appointed as career civil servants of the nursing auxiliary scale, C2-03-03, of the special body of auxiliary services, the 91 people who passed the selective tests of calls 77/25 and 78/25. The resolution, signed by the regional minister José Antonio Rovira Jover on October 6, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) no. 10470, of October 14, 2026, with the reference DOGV-C-2026-31745.

The appointment is issued in exercise of the competence established in article 8.1.o) of Law 4/2021, of April 16, on the Valencian public service, and concludes the selective process opened by Order 10/2025, of May 28, of the Department of Justice and Public Administration, for the open entry track, and Order 11/2025, of May 28, for internal promotion, both published in DOGV 10121, of June 2, 2025.

The positions filled are those provided for in annexes I and II of Decree 47/2025, of March 25, of the Consell, corresponding to the 2025 public employment offer for personnel of the Administration of the Generalitat. The final lists of approved persons were published by resolutions of April 30, 2026 (DOGV 10358, of May 8, 2026) and the choice of destination was called by resolution of September 3, 2026, of the Directorate General of Public Service (DOGV 10448, of September 10, 2026).

Appointments and exclusions

Annex II of the resolution lists the 91 people who acquire the status of career civil servants, identified by partially hidden ID number, surnames, and first name. The resolution specifies that those listed in annex I, a total of nine people, are not appointed:

• Five for failing to prove compliance with the requirements demanded in the call.
• Three for failing to submit the application within the granted period.
• One due to resignation.

Taking office, effects, and registration

To acquire the status of career civil servants, the appointed persons must take possession of the assigned job position within the established period and following an oath or promise, in accordance with section c) of article 68.1 of Law 4/2021, of April 16, on the Valencian public service.

The economic and administrative effects of the appointment shall be from the date of taking office. The Personnel Registry of the Administration of the Generalitat will make the corresponding entries in the service records of the interested persons.

Calls and positions filled

• Call 77/25: open entry, persons with disabilities and mental illness, via the competitive examination system.
• Call 78/25: internal promotion, persons with disabilities and mental illness, via the competition-examination system.
• Body and scale: auxiliary services, auxiliary nursing scale, C2-03-03, special body.
• Positions: annexes I and II of Decree 47/2025, of March 25, of the Consell, corresponding to the 2025 public employment offer.

Appeals against the resolution

Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, interested parties may file a contentious-administrative appeal before the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community within two months starting from the day following its publication.

Optionally, an appeal for reversal may be filed within one month from the day following the publication, before the same body that issued the resolution, in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure, and Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

The appointment consolidates positions from the 2025 public employment offer and provides stability to the personnel who passed the selection process, with administrative and economic effects from the date of taking office. The incorporation of these 91 people reinforces the staff of the auxiliary nursing scale of the Valencian health system and closes a selection process that included specific shifts for persons with disabilities and mental illness.
