The call has an allocation of 29,800,000 euros, of which 22,800,000 euros come from funds transferred by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda and 7,000,000 euros are charged to the Generalitat’s own financing. The subsidy line is S1897, from the managing center G01140201GE00000.

Deadline and method of submission
Applications shall be submitted using the standardized form available on the electronic office of the Generalitat, within a period of fifteen business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the DOGV. Only one application per interested person will be admitted.
Processing can be carried out electronically with an advanced electronic signature or in person at the registries of the territorial Housing services of Alicante, Castellón de la Plana, and València. The period for resolution and notification will be three months from the publication of the call summary, which appears under reference DOGV-C-2026-27322.
Relevance of the call
The Youth Rental Bonus (Bono Alquiler Joven) is framed within Royal Decree 42/2022, of January 18, which regulates this line of aid and the State Plan for Access to Housing 2022-2025. The 2026 Valencian call represents the continuity of an existing program, the funding for which has been arranged for the 2026 financial year following the transfer of state funds in December 2025. With an amount of up to 6,000 euros over two years, the aid aims to provide a decisive boost to the emancipation of Valencian youth in a context of difficulty accessing the real estate market.
