The General Directorate of Public Service of the Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration has called upon the 71 people who passed the selective tests for access to the superior body of general administration, A1-01, to choose their final destination via a telemetric procedure. The call is formalized through the Resolution of August 31, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10443, of September 3, 2026, with reference DOGV-C-2026-27901.
The process culminates the 2024 public employment offer for the personnel of the Administration of the Generalitat. The final lists of candidates who passed the tests were already published through the resolutions of June 25, 2026, in the DOGV 10396, of July 2, 2026.
Two calls, one single body
The choice of destination affects those who passed the tests through two different routes:
- Call 1/24, general open competition, people with disabilities and mental illness, via the competitive examination system.
- Call 2/24, internal promotion and people with disabilities, via the competition-examination system.
According to Article 21.1 of Decree 3/2017, of January 13, of the Consell, and the sixth transitional provision of Law 4/2021, of the Valencian public service, the allocation will be carried out according to the requests of the interested parties, among the offered positions and in order of the score obtained in the selective process. The chosen destinations will be final.
How the choice is made
The application must be submitted through the electronic registry of the Generalitat, using the procedure available on the GVA electronic office (https://sede.gva.es/es/), indicating in the “Search” section the corresponding call, 1/24 or 2/24.
- Each candidate must request, in order of preference, a number of positions equal to the order number in which they appear in the annex of the resolution.
- The list of available positions is published within the same procedure of the call.
- The submission period will be five business days, starting on the business day following the publication in the DOGV.
- After the deadline, the list of requested positions and the provisional allocation will be published, with a period of three business days for allegations that do not involve changes in the choice.
Order of choice and appointment
The choice will be made, first, by the people who passed the tests through the internal promotion track (call 2/24) and, subsequently, by those from the open track (call 1/24), from highest to lowest score. The list is headed by María Carmen Martínez Lietor, with 74.61 points, followed by José Vicente Pascual Giner (70.20) and Jesús Antonio Gallego Rubio (64.25).
The choice of destination does not in itself grant the right of entry into the public service, which remains conditional upon the resolutions for appointment as career civil servants and the allocation of the chosen destination, in which the dates of taking office and cessations will be indicated. The allocated positions will imply the integration of the selected candidates into the superior administration body, A1-01. Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months or, optionally, a request for reversal within one month.
The resolution, signed by the Director General of Public Service, Vicente Serra Martínez, takes a decisive step toward consolidating the staff of the Valencian Administration by incorporating 71 new career civil servants into one of the Generalitat’s superior bodies, a public employment process long awaited by the applicants.
