The Generalitat calls 32 successful kitchen assistant candidates to choose their destination

The General Directorate of Public Service of the Generalitat Valenciana has called upon the 32 individuals who passed the selective tests for access to the auxiliary services corps, kitchen auxiliary scale C2-03-02, to choose their definitive destination within the Administration of the Generalitat. The call is made via a resolution dated September 1, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) on September 4, 2026, with reference DOGV-C-2026-28049.

The selection will be carried out through a telemetric procedure and affects candidates from calls 75/25 (open entry and persons with disabilities, via the competitive examination system) and 76/25 (internal promotion, via the competitive merit system). The positions to be filled are those provided for in Annexes I and II of Decree 47/2025, of March 25, of the Consell, corresponding to the 2025 public employment offer for personnel of the Administration of the Generalitat.

A process regulated by public service legislation

The definitive lists of individuals who passed the tests were published via resolutions dated May 27, 2026, in DOGV 10377 of June 4, 2026. The allocation of destinations is governed by Article 21.1 of Decree 3/2017, of January 13, of the Consell, and by the sixth transitional provision of Law 4/2021, of the Generalitat, on the Valencian public service, as amended by Article 77 of Law 7/2023, of December 26.

According to Article 135.6 of Law 4/2021, the choice of positions will be carried out first by those who passed the tests through the internal promotion track (call 76/25) and, subsequently, by the open entry track (call 75/25), in order of highest to lowest score. The chosen positions will be allocated as definitive destinations and will imply the integration of the selected individuals into the auxiliary services corps, kitchen auxiliary scale C2-03-02.

How and when to submit the application

The application must be submitted through the electronic registry of the Generalitat, using the procedure available on the GVA electronic office, indicating the corresponding call, 75/25 or 76/25, in the search section. Each person must request, in order of preference, a number of positions equal to the order number in which they appear in the annex of the resolution.

• The deadline for submitting applications will be five business days, counting from the business day following the publication in the DOGV.
• The list of available positions is published within the same call procedure.
• After the deadline, the list of requested positions and the provisional allocation will be published, with a period of three business days for allegations that do not involve changes in the choice.

The 32 summoned candidates

The annex of the resolution contains the list in order of selection in a single act, along with the score obtained in the selection process. Heading the list are María José Barbera Cubel (78.44), Antonio José Soria Martínez (75.85), and María Teresa Gaona Tenza (73.68). The resolution is signed by Vicente Serra Martínez, Director General of Public Service.

The choice of destination does not in itself grant the right to enter the public service, which remains conditional upon the resolutions for appointment as career civil servants and the allocation of the chosen destination, in which the dates of taking office and cessation will be indicated. A contentious-administrative appeal may be filed against the resolution within two months or, optionally, a request for reversal within one month.

Relevance of the call

This resolution represents the final step for dozens of applicants to consolidate their positions as career civil servants of the Generalitat Valenciana, after passing a selection process initiated with the 2025 public employment offer. The electronic choice of destination streamlines the procedure and allows those who passed to join the regional Administration stably in the auxiliary services body, kitchen auxiliary scale.
