The Department of Economy, Finance and Public Administration has granted a monthly aid of 700 euros to 347 people for the preparation of competitive examinations for entry into the bodies and scales of group A of the Generalitat Administration. The decision is contained in the Resolution of October 21, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10477, of October 23, 2026, with official reference DOGV-C-2026-33192.
The regulation supporting these grants is the regulatory bases approved by Decree 26/2019, of March 1, of the Consell, modified by Decree 104/2020, of August 7 (DOGV 8880, 12.08.2020) and by Decree 81/2023, of May 26 (DOGV 9607, 31.05.2023). The specific call was made through the Resolution of June 17, 2026 of the same department (DOGV 10389, 22.06.2026), and the assessment of applications was adjusted to the provisions of its ninth section.
The amount will be paid charged to the budget application G01060401.121C00, subsidy line S0518, for the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years. The evaluation committee formulated its resolution proposal in the meeting of September 22, 2026, in accordance with section 9.4 of the call.
347 beneficiaries and a reserve pool
Annex I of the resolution lists the 347 beneficiaries, ordered by score and separated into a diversity quota and an ordinary quota. The aid extends to the entire planned eligible period, from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027, which amounts to 8,400 euros per person over the twelve months.
The text conditions payment on the justification of compliance with the purpose of the subsidy in the established form and deadlines and on not incurring the causes of incompatibility in the twelfth section of the call.
Additionally, the second section constitutes a reserve pool composed of applicants who met the requirements but were not awarded the grant, ordered by descending score, to cover vacancies that may arise during the validity of the grants. This list appears in Annex II.
Three withdrawals and immediate replacement
The resolution accepts the withdrawals of three people and grants the aid, instead, to the first three members of the prioritized reserve pool:
- Lucía Hernanz Gil (OPOSIT/2026/16), Alina Alexandra Ivan (OPOSIT/2026/374) and Maria José Bo Ballester (OPOSIT/2026/591), those withdrawing.
- Luna Cortes Ferri (OPOSIT/2026/579), Iris Magraner Edo (OPOSIT/2026/321) and Aloma Riera Rodriguez (OPOSIT/2026/202), new beneficiaries.
Section four dismisses the remaining applications, detailed in Annex III with the reason code. Among the causes are the failure to submit mandatory documentation within the deadline (DS1), providing full-time paid services (DN10), not holding a university degree or bachelor’s degree (DN6), having breached obligations in a previous call (DN14), not meeting the purpose of the call (DN12), being over 35 years of age (DN5), failing to prove registration (empadronamiento) and effective residence in the Comunitat Valenciana (DN8), or having enjoyed the same aid for more than three years (DN11).
Justification in four installments
Beneficiaries must electronically submit the supporting documentation within ten business days following the close of each of the four periods provided for in section 11 of the call: October 31, 2026, January 31, 2027, May 31, 2027, and August 31, 2027.
The required documentation includes:
- Copy of the invoices and equivalent documents issued in each period by the specialized center or the preparing person.
- Copy of the receipt for the application to participate in the selection process, if one has been convened.
- Original declaration from each center or preparing person, according to the standardized model available on the IVAP website, indicating the start and end period of the preparation and the attendance and achievement regime.
Notification effects and appeals
Publication in the DOGV serves as notification to the interested parties, in accordance with the regulations governing common administrative procedure. The resolution ends the administrative route.
An optional appeal for reversal may be filed against it before the Minister (Conseller) of Economy, Finance and Public Administration within one month from the day following publication, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Comunitat Valenciana within two months. The document is signed by Vicente Serra Martínez, Director General of Public Service, by delegation of the Minister (R 12.02.2024, DOGV 9792, 20.02.2024), and is processed through the General Directorate of Public Service and the Valencian Institute of Public Administration.
The resolution arrives with the selection course already underway and sets in writing who receives payment, how much, and until when, in addition to ordering the waiting list that will cover any vacancies. For the affected candidates, the document is the reference for justifying preparation expenses and for knowing whether they retain or lose the aid over the next twelve months.
