Por FactBox Admin

The General Directorate of Innovation and Educational Inclusion has approved, by resolution of September 4, 2026, the definitive list of selected and non-selected biennial educational innovation and inclusion projects (PIIE) for the 2026-2027 and 2027-2028 academic years, aimed at non-university teaching centers under the public ownership of the Generalitat Valenciana. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV no. 10447, of September 9, 2026), with official reference DOGV-C-2026-28524.
The call is framed within the Resolution of April 7, 2026, from the same general directorate, which established the procedure for the call, management, and granting of financial allocations for these projects (DOGV no. 10341, of April 14, 2026). The application submission period was ten business days, and the provisional proposal was published on July 15, 2026, on the department’s educational innovation website, with a period of five business days for appeals or withdrawal.
Financial Allocations
The definitive list includes 462 selected PIIE, with a calculated point value of €95.94 to distribute the endowment. The total amount of the allocation amounts to €1,499,934.72, with a remainder of €65.28 from the maximum global amount of €1,500,000.
- The allocations are paid as extraordinary operating expenses, charged to chapter II of the budgetary subprogram 421E.00 of the Generalitat’s 2026 budgets.
- Delivery will be made via bank transfer through a firm payment order, at the proposal of the department competent in educational matters.
- The resolution takes effect from the day following its publication in the DOGV.
Selected Projects
Annex I details, by center and locality, the total score obtained and the individualized financial allocation for the 2026-2027 course. Among the approved projects are, by way of example:
- CEIP La Murtera (Ador-Palma de Gandia), «Un centre viu: dissenyant el futur de la nostra escola», 29 points, €2,782.26.
- IES L’Arc d’Agost (Agost), «Transformació d’espais educatius en entorns polivalents, inclusius i competencials», 33 points, €3,166.02.
- CIPFP Politécnic Marítim Pesquer del Mediterrani (Alacant), «Proyecto astroide», 43 points, €4,125.42.
- CEIP San Fernando (Alacant), «Conviure i jugar», 36 points, €3,453.84.
Non-selected Projects
Annex II contains the definitive list of non-selected PIIE, with the reasons for dismissal and, where applicable, the score obtained. Among the causes for exclusion are:
- Failing to achieve the minimum score to obtain financial allocation (for example, IES La Plana in Castelló de la Plana, 20 points; IES Tirant lo Blanc in Gandia, 21 points).
- Budgeting ICT products (devices, licenses, or subscriptions) not authorized in the DelegaTIC catalog, as well as applications not authorized on the Appsedu website (cases such as IES Bellaguarda in Altea or IES Els Évols in L’Alcúdia).
- Annex II also includes the centers owned by the Generalitat that withdrew from their participation, in accordance with the thirteenth resolving section of the call for applications.
The resolution, signed by the Director General of Innovation and Educational Inclusion, María del Rosario Escrig Llinares, concludes the administrative process. An appeal for reversal may be filed against it within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community within two months. The publication consolidates the funding of dozens of public centers throughout the Community to promote methodological transformation, inclusion, and educational innovation during the next biennium.
