The Botí Foundation opens grants of 70,000 euros for plastic arts

The Rafael Botí Provincial Foundation of Plastic Arts has approved the call for grants to support creation and improvement in the field of plastic arts during the year 2026, with a budget of 70,000 euros. The decision, adopted by Decree of the Presidency of the Foundation on August 24, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 165, dated August 26, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-2966.

Purpose and beneficiaries

The purpose of the call is to finance projects, activities, and actions aimed at artistic and technical qualification, training improvement, and the production of creative works in the field of Plastic and Visual Arts during 2026. Both individual and collective applicants may apply:

  • Natural persons and cultural managers.
  • Associations and private cultural entities endowed with legal personality and legally constituted.
  • Applicants who prove birth or residence, through census registration or residence permit, in Córdoba or its province (in the case of associations and entities, it will be sufficient if one of its members meets this requirement).

Amount and deadline

The budget available for the granting of the subsidies amounts to 70,000.00 euros. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month, counted from the day following the publication of the summary of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, that is, from August 27, 2026.

Required documentation

Applications must be accompanied by general and specific documentation. General documentation includes, depending on the type of applicant:

  • For associations and cultural entities: minutes of the election of the legal representative, CIF (Tax ID), statutes, and registration in the Registry of Associations.
  • For legal entities: deed of incorporation or statutes, registration in the commercial registry, and tax identification code.

Specific documentation comprises the complete and detailed project of the activity with its timeline, the itemized budget of expenses and income, the responsible declaration (Annex I), and the certification accrediting the ownership of the bank account (Annex II), which must be signed and stamped by the financial entity.

The decree was signed in Córdoba on August 24, 2026, by the president of the Foundation, Gabriel Duque Moreno.

The call for applications provides a new boost to the province’s creative fabric by offering a direct funding route for individual artists as well as managers and cultural entities.
