The Provincial Council publishes the provisional list of the public health job bank

The Provincial Council of Lleida has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons for the creation of a job bank for senior public health technicians, subgroup A1, destined for the corporation and its dependent bodies. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) no. 168, of September 2, 2026, and is signed by the Deputy for Human Resources, Sandra Castro Bayona, by delegation of the Presidency.

The call is based on the general rules for the constitution of job banks of the Provincial Council, approved by the Governing Board 38/2025 of November 17, 2025 (BOP no. 224, of November 24, 2025), and on the specific rules and the call approved by the Governing Board 24/2026 of July 6, 2026 (BOP no. 138, of July 22, 2026). The provisional list is approved through the Presidency Decrees 2026/2859, of August 24, and 2026/2912, of August 31, 2026.

A job bank with 129 admitted applicants

The provisional list includes 129 admitted persons and 34 excluded, for a total of 163 applications submitted. The vast majority of those admitted are exempt from the Catalan and Spanish language tests, while a portion of the applicants will have to pass these linguistic tests.

Among those admitted are professionals from across the province, with profiles such as Carla Abella Iglesias, Núria Bahí Pla, Anna Camats Gabernet, Marta Casas Ribes, Marina Dalmases Trilla, Laia Freixes Rabinat, Gemma Lladonosa Arrufat, Oriol Roca Torres, or Anna Visa Pretel, among others.

Reasons for exclusion and amendment period

The 34 excluded persons are so, mostly, for not meeting the qualification requirement or for not providing the access qualification. There are also cases of failing to prove Spanish nationality or that of a EU member state with free movement of workers, and failing to provide an identification document.

Applicants have 10 business days, counted from the day after the publication of the provisional list, to correct the defects of their initial application or supplement the required documentation, by submitting a generic application to the General Registry of the Provincial Council of Lleida.

Deadlines and procedures

• Amendment period: 10 business days from the day after publication in the BOP.
• Those who do not make amendments within the period will be considered to have withdrawn their request.
• Claims will be resolved and the definitive list will be approved, including the date, time, and place of the theoretical-practical test.
• The test and the definitive list will be published on the notice board of the electronic headquarters and in the selection processes section of the Provincial Council.

The job bank for senior technicians in public health is a key healthcare profile for the province, as it allows the Diputació de Lleida and its dependent bodies to agilely cover the needs for specialized personnel in public health. The final resolution will determine which candidates will proceed to the theoretical-practical test and, ultimately, join the job bank.
