The Provincial Council opens the rehabilitation of the CC-114 for public consultation

The Provincial Council of Cáceres has opened for public review the works project no. 2026-27/041/002, corresponding to the structural rehabilitation of the pavement of the CC-114 road, in the section between the EX-205 and the border with the province of Salamanca, passing through Cadalso and Descargamaría. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 172, dated September 9, 2026, page 20709, with reference BOP-2026-4203.

This procedure is carried out in compliance with Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and is intended to allow any natural or legal person to examine the project before its final approval.

Deadline and method of consultation

The project is subject to public review for a period of twenty days, counted from the publication of the announcement. During this period, the General Planning Service of the Council will make the file available to those who request it through electronic means.
