Procedure and processing
The instructing body of the procedure was the Provincial Deputy Delegate for the Area of Agriculture and Livestock, who formulated the provisional resolution proposal and notified the interested parties, granting them a period of ten days to submit allegations. No allegations were submitted during that period, therefore the resolution was elevated to definitive.
The authority to resolve corresponded to the Governing Board by virtue of Presidency Decree No. 2024-1822, dated April 11, on the delegation of powers, although Presidency Decree No. 2026-2287, dated April 28, 2026, on the assumption of powers, is recorded, in accordance with Article 10 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
Payment conditions
Payment will be made in a single installment, subject to documentary justification of the subsidized activity in accordance with the seventh clause of the call. The subsidy will not be paid as long as the beneficiary is not up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, or is a debtor by virtue of a reimbursement proceeding resolution. The resolution is published in the BOP as notification to the interested parties and is signed by the Acting President, Víctor López de la Parte.
Relevance for the sector
These grants are key for the Zamoran agricultural sector, as they allow livestock associations to maintain the technical assistance of official milk control, an essential tool for genetic improvement, health, and productivity of cattle and sheep farms in the province. The final resolution provides legal certainty to the beneficiaries and consolidates institutional support for a strategic activity for the Zamoran rural environment.
