The Provincial Council distributes 15,000 euros among four self-employed resin workers from Guadalajara.

The Provincial Council of Guadalajara has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara No. 153, of August 12, 2026, the provisional resolution of the subsidy award procedure aimed at self-employed workers in the resin sector in the province for the year 2026. The agreement, adopted by the Government Board on July 28, 2026, distributes €15,000.00 among four resin workers and opens a period of 10 business days for the submission of allegations.

The call for these grants was approved by the Government Board at an ordinary session held on April 28, 2026, and its extract was published in BOP No. 86, of May 8, 2026, as well as in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) with identification 903437. According to the seventh rule of the call, the credit allocated to finance these grants amounts to €15,000.00, charged to the Expenditure Budget of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara for the 2026 financial year.

The deadline for submitting applications was 20 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract, and four applications were received during that period. The opinion of the collegiate body was issued on July 16, 2026, in accordance with Article 19 of the General Subsidies Ordinance, approved by the Plenary of the Corporation on February 21, 2025, and published in BOP No. 71, of April 11, 2025.

The four beneficiaries and the distribution

The provisional resolution, approved by four votes in favor, none against, and no abstentions, proposes granting the entire credit to the four applications submitted. The distribution by file, municipality, and amount is as follows:

• Almudena Pérez Fernández (file 3786/2026), Valdepeñas de la Sierra: €3,750.00.
• José Vigil Redondo (file 3958/2026), Alcolea del Pinar: €3,750.00.
• Juan Rafael Vigil Redondo (file 3959/2026), Alcolea del Pinar: €4,375.00.
• Pedro Pablo Sanz Herranz (file 4052/2026), Torete: €3,125.00.

The proposed total amount amounts to €15,000.00, which exhausts the credit of the call.

Ten business days for allegations

The publication of this provisional resolution, carried out in compliance with the tenth rule of the call and Article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, opens a period of 10 business days for interested parties to submit allegations. Once the period has elapsed and the allegations put forward have been examined, where applicable, the Government Board will formulate the proposal for the final resolution.

If no allegations are submitted or none are upheld, the president of the Provincial Council, José Luis Vega Pérez, will be the one to approve said final resolution, as stated in the agreement signed in Guadalajara on 28 July 2026.

Aid to sustain resin worker employment

The purpose of these subsidies is to foster entrepreneurial initiatives and promote employment for resin tappers in the province of Guadalajara during 2026, as stated in the agreement itself. With a total allocation of 15,000 euros and four beneficiaries distributed among Valdepeñas de la Sierra, Alcolea del Pinar and Torete, the aid supports self-employment in rural municipalities and confirms the support of the Provincial Council for a key sector in the development of the province’s rural environment, whose final resolution will be known once the allegations procedure has concluded.
