The Provincial Council rectifies Annex I of the 2026 Employment Plan

The Provincial Council of Ciudad Real has corrected a clerical error detected in the description of Annex I of the call for the 2026 Employment Plan, by Presidency Resolution of September 16, 2026. The rectification is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real (BOP) No. 180, of September 18, 2026, in announcement number 2968 (page 8590), and affects only the wording of the annex, not the amounts.

The call for the 2026 Employment Plan was approved by agreement of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council on September 8, 2026, and its summary was published in BOP No. 176, of September 14, 2026 (announcement number 2917), with the identifier BDNS 928844 in the National Grants Database. The full text of the call and its annexes are referred to the National Grant Publicity System.

The purpose of the call is the granting of financial aid to city councils, their autonomous bodies, and entities with a territorial scope smaller than a municipality (EATIM) of the province, to finance part of the Social Security costs of the workers of the projects approved under Order 46/2026, of April 7, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha.

What exactly the announcement corrects

The official text reproduces the change in two literal steps:

• Where it says: Annex I, “Line 2.- TOTAL AMOUNT ASSIGNED TO EACH MUNICIPALITY OR EATIM”.
• It should say: Annex I, “TOTAL AMOUNT ASSIGNED TO EACH MUNICIPALITY OR EATIM”.

The correction removes the reference to “Line 2” in the heading of the annex. No figures or the distribution of funds between municipalities and EATIM are altered: the total amount assigned to each local entity remains as published with the call on September 14, 2026.

Regulatory framework and pending procedures

• Regulatory bases: Regulating Regulation of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary of the Provincial Council in the session of April 29, 2022, and published in BOP No. 121, of June 24, 2022.
• Beneficiaries: municipalities, autonomous bodies, and EATIM of the province that request it in accordance with the call and the aforementioned regulation.
• Award criteria: the maximum amount per municipality or EATIM is determined by applying the objective criteria of the third base of the call.
• Application deadline: ends on October 2, 2026.
• Processing: exclusively via electronic means.

Signature and location in the gazette

The announcement is signed by the president of the Provincial Council, Miguel Ángel Valverde Menchero, and by the head of the BOP Office, Pablo Salazar Sánchez, dated September 17, 2026. It is located on page 8590 of the bulletin, within the local administration section, Provincial Council, Grants Service, and the document consists of 26 pages.

The rectification is of a formal nature and does not require city councils to redo their applications or recalculate their amounts. Its practical relevance is one of legal certainty: it establishes the correct wording of Annex I, which serves as a reference for the municipalities and EATIM (Municipal Entities without Legal Personality) applying for the 2026 Employment Plan, for which the application period remains open until October 2, 2026.
