The Provincial Council readjusts sports grants to include C.D. Guadalajara
Por FactBox Admin

The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Guadalajara approved on October 27, 2026, the final resolution of the call for grants to sports clubs in the province for sporting activities during the year 2026, which distributes 40,000 euros among 70 entities. The agreement, signed by president José Luis Vega Pérez on October 30, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 211, corresponding to November 4, 2026, under file 2366/2026 and code BDNS 903427.
The grants are governed by the bases and call approved by the Governing Board in the session of April 28, 2026. The provisional resolution was adopted on September 9, 2026, and published on September 17 in the BOP of Guadalajara number 178, opening a ten-day period for appeals in accordance with the twelfth base. During that period, two claims were received, the analysis of which led to a modification of the initial distribution affecting all beneficiaries.
One appeal granted and one dismissed
The instructing body resolved the two claims presented in divergent ways:
- File 4146/2026, C.D. Guadalajara Club de Fútbol: appeal granted. The club proved that it submitted its application correctly and on time and that it was omitted by error, therefore it is included in the procedure with an allocation of 545 euros.
- File 4189/2026, C.D. 3K Pádel Club: appeal dismissed. Its application was sent on May 30, 2026, while the deadline ended on May 29, 2026, therefore its definitive exclusion is confirmed.
The inclusion of C.D. Guadalajara Club de Fútbol requires, according to the agreement, to “recalculate and proportionally readjust” the amounts for the remaining beneficiaries so as not to exceed the total credit. The agreement was adopted by five votes in favor, none against, and no abstentions.
Seventy clubs and 2,565 distribution points
Annex I contains the final distribution, calculated with a price per point of 15.59 euros over a total of 2,565 points. Individual amounts range from 156 euros for C.D. Sociedad de Pescadores Río Sorbe to 858 euros received by four entities:
- C.D. Trampolín Ruditramp (file 3622), for the III Open Memorial “María Herranz Gómez”.
- C.D. Ciudad de Guadalajara Fútbol Sala (file 3857), for youth team expenses.
- C.D. Villanueva de la Torre (file 4055), for registration fees and material renewal.
- Escuela Ciclismo Azuqueca (file 4076), for the maintenance of the club and the children’s cycling school.
The bulk of the grants are located in intermediate brackets: 702 euros for 45 points and 468 euros for 30 points. Among the peculiarities of the list are the 515.50 euros assigned for 33 points to C.D. Guadalajara Padel Fest (file 4179) and AMRAP (file 4184), and the 390 euros for 25 points for C.D. Cabanillas 4 Torres and the Club de Senderismo y Trail Running Valfermoso de Tajuña.
Four definitive exclusions
Annex II lists the clubs that are excluded from the call, all with zero points and no amount:
- CD Rugby Guadalajara (file 3832), by agreement.
- CD Unión Guadalajara (file 4118), by agreement.
- CD 3K Pádel Club (file 4189), due to late submission.
- CD Asociación Cultural de Armallones “Las Fuentezuelas” (file 4191), for not being registered in the registry of sports entities.
Appeal process
The agreement ends the administrative process. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed within one month before the same body, or a direct challenge may be brought before the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order, although the latter cannot be pursued until the appeal for reversal is expressly resolved or its presumed dismissal occurs.
The readjustment has an immediate effect on entities that sustain a large part of the federated sports activity in the province’s municipalities. The acceptance of a single allegation alters the final amount for the 70 included clubs, while four remain excluded, two of them by agreement and the other two due to formal defects in the processing.
