The Provincial Council publishes the provisional list for the Folklore instructor pool

The Provincial Council of Guadalajara, through its Human Resources Department, has made public the provisional list of applicants admitted and excluded from the temporary job bank for Folklore School Instructor in the specialty of Pottery and Tilework. The list is approved by Resolution of the Deputy Delegate for Public Employment and Internal Regulations no. 2026-8815, dated August 11, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 159, dated August 20, 2026.
The call for this job bank was initially published in the BOP of Guadalajara number 139, dated July 23, 2026. This provisional publication complies with the provisions of the Fourth Base of the call, which regulates the procedure for displaying the list of applicants and the subsequent period for appeals.
Admitted and excluded applicants
The provisional list includes a single admitted applicant and one excluded applicant, along with their identifying data and, in the case of exclusion, the reason for it:
- Admitted: Carlos Asorey Eijo (ID *9041).
- Excluded: María Marta Tejero Chamón (ID *1399), for failing to provide a driver’s license (B).
Reason for exclusion and method of rectification
The exclusion is due to a single reason, identified by a code in the official list:
- Exclusion code: failure to provide driver’s license (B).
- Method of rectification: provide a valid driver’s license within the granted period.
Period for rectification and claims
The resolution grants a period of five business days for the rectification of applications and the submission of claims. The provisional list is published in the Official Gazette of the Province, on the Notice Board, and on the Electronic Office of the Council, so that interested parties can check their status and, if applicable, correct the detected deficiencies.
The resolution was signed in Guadalajara on August 18, 2026, by the President of the Council, José Luis Vega Pérez.
Relevance for provincial cultural employment
This job bank is key for the temporary filling of instructor positions at the Folklore School, one of the reference cultural activities of the province, in the specialty of pottery and tilework.
