The Provincial Council appoints a cleaner and a therapist as career civil servants

The Provincial Council of Córdoba has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba (number 176, dated September 11, 2026, page 13039) the appointment as career civil servants of two workers: a cleaner and an occupational therapist. Both took possession of their positions on September 9, 2026, as stated in the announcement with reference BOP-A-2026-3095.

The agreement, adopted by the Governing Board of the provincial institution on July 28, 2026, consolidates provincial public employment and complies with the rules of the selective tests convened within the framework of the public employment offer.

Regulatory Framework and Procedure

The appointment is made in accordance with Article 62.1 b) of the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, and in compliance with the rules of the selective tests and the agreements of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council.

The two positions originate from different selection processes, one linked to the stabilization of temporary employment and the other to the ordinary employment offer:

• Cleaner: position from the Stabilization OEP, convened in the BOE No. 285, of November 28, 2022.
• Occupational therapist: position from the 2021 OEP, convened in the BOE No. 294, of December 6, 2024.

Appointed Persons

The announcement includes the data of the two new career civil servants, along with their staff number:

• Ángeles María Sánchez Caballero, appointed as cleaner, group AP (no degree), Special Administration scale, Special Services sub-scale, Trade Personnel class. Staff number 307.
• Francisca de Asís Crespo Arroyo, appointed as occupational therapist, group A, subgroup A2, Special Administration scale, Technical sub-scale, Middle class. Staff number 936.

Signature and Publication

The announcement, electronically signed by the Deputy Delegate for Human Resources and Energy, Tatiana Pozo Romero, in Córdoba on September 9, 2026, is published “for the general knowledge” of the citizenry. The document incorporates a Secure Verification Code (CSV) that allows its authenticity to be verified.
