The Provincial Council expropriates land in Fresnedoso de Ibor for two roads

The Provincial Council of Cáceres has summoned the owners of the assets and rights affected by the drafting of the records prior to occupation for the expropriation of land in the municipality of Fresnedoso de Ibor, within the framework of the roadworks CC-413 and CC-414. The summons is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0161, dated August 24, 2026, and schedules the act for September 2 at the headquarters of the Fresnedoso de Ibor City Council.

The procedure stems from the Resolution of March 13, 2026, by the Third Vice President of Development, Mobility, and Provincial Agenda, which approved the project for work 2025/041/016 “CC-413 from EX-118 (to Bohonal de Ibor) to Fresnedoso de Ibor. CC-414 from Fresnedoso de Ibor to EX-386 (to Robledollano)”. On June 24, 2026, the list of affected assets and rights was submitted for public review, and, following the expiration of the period and the resolution of objections, the summons is now being issued in compliance with Article 52.2 of the Compulsory Expropriation Law.

Affected Properties and Owners

The list includes six properties in the municipality of Fresnedoso de Ibor, with occupation areas totaling nearly 1,940 square meters, mostly dedicated to scrubland:

• Agropecuaria Torneros, S.A. (NIF *0111): properties 1, 4, and 5, with 832.56, 548.15, and 185.31 m².
• Desarrollos Sucesivos, S.L.U. (NIF *8692): property 2, with 122.25 m² and 100.50 meters of hunting fence.
• Mateos Porras, Marciana (DNI *3128): property 3, with 250.50 m², 96 meters of livestock fencing, and one gate.
• Vizcaíno Portera, Francisco Javier (DNI *0180): property 6, with 33 meters of livestock fencing.

Appointment and Required Documentation

The drafting of the records will take place on September 2, 2026, at the headquarters of the Fresnedoso de Ibor City Council, in staggered time slots between 10:00 and 10:45 hours. Interested parties must attend personally or be represented by duly authorized persons, providing:

• A simple note from the Property Registry.
• The most recent IBI (Property Tax) receipt.
• Inheritance deeds or another document proving ownership.

They may attend, at their own expense, accompanied by their experts and a Notary. This publication is considered notification for unknown interested parties or those with an unknown address, for the purposes of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (LPACAP).

Objections and Procedure

Until the date set for the drawing up of the records, allegations may be submitted to correct possible errors in the list of affected assets and rights, via email to redviaria@dip-caceres.es or before the Infrastructure Service of the Provincial Council of Cáceres, located at Ronda San Francisco no. 3, Cáceres, at any of the registries mentioned in article 16.4 of the LPACAP. The announcement and the list are also displayed on the notice board of the City Council of Fresnedoso de Ibor. The announcement is signed by the Secretary General, José Álvaro Casas Avilés, in Cáceres, on August 18, 2026.

Expropriation is an essential preliminary step for the improvement of the provincial road network connecting Bohonal de Ibor, Fresnedoso de Ibor, and Robledollano, a key action for the integration and road safety of the Ibores region, which directly affects agricultural and livestock holdings and estates in the area.
