The Provincial Council of Toledo appoints seven career civil servants

The Provincial Council of Toledo has permanently appointed seven career civil servants to fill three physiotherapist positions and four administrative assistant positions, all originating from the 2025 Public Employment Offer (OEP). The agreements, adopted by the Presidency through Decrees 1520/2026 and 1521/2026, are published in the Official Gazette of the province of Toledo number 164, dated August 28, 2026.
The appointments are issued by virtue of the powers conferred by articles 4 a) and 34.1 h) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, after the Public Employment Service examined the documentation submitted by the candidates proposed by the Qualifying Board of the selection process. Both processes were announced via the Official Gazette of the province of Toledo number 122, dated July 1, 2025, through an open competitive examination system.
Three physiotherapist positions
Decree 1520/2026, of August 26, appoints three physiotherapists as career civil servants of Subgroup A2, level C.D. 24, with the following staff position numbers:
- Ms. Mirian Morato López (position 1,866)
- Ms. Raquel Pérez Tirado (position 1,889)
- Ms. María Rebeca Trenado Sánchez (position 1,890)
Four administrative assistant positions
Decree 1521/2026, of August 27, appoints four administrative assistants as career civil servants of Subgroup C2, level C.D. 17, of which three correspond to the reserve list and one to the open list:
- Ms. Laura Aceituno Palacios (position 114)
- Mr. Raúl Turín Soto (position 328)
- Mr. Arturo Delgado Mora (position 1,839)
- Mr. Francisco Javier de la Cuerda Lorente (position 1,840)
Assumption of office and effects
The appointments shall take full effect upon the corresponding assumption of office, which must take place within a maximum period of 20 business days counting from the day following the publication of the resolutions in the official gazette. At the act of assumption of office, the interested parties must make the declaration referred to in clause 11.1 of the call for applications.
Against these decrees, an optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the Presidency within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the competent jurisdictional body within two months, in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, and Law 29/1998, of July 13. The documents are signed by the President, M.ª Concepción Cedillo Tardío, and by the Acting Secretary General, Francisco Ferrero Casillas.
Relevance for the province
With these seven appointments, the Provincial Council of Toledo consolidates the permanent staffing of key positions within its workforce, reinforcing provincial physiotherapy services and the Corporation’s administrative management. For the candidates who passed the selection process of the 2025 Public Employment Offer (OEP), this publication represents the final step toward becoming career civil servants, while the provincial services gain stability in their personnel.
