The Provincial Council of Soria removes eleven vehicles and machines from official use in order to dispose of them

The Provincial Council of Soria has initiated the proceedings to decommission eleven vehicles and machines from its mobile fleet and reclassify them as unusable patrimonial assets. • CAT 963 track loader with ripper.
• KOMATSU WA 180 wheel loader, license plate SO-19263-VE.
• JCB 4CX backhoe loader, license plate SO-19600-VE.
• FERRI TXV 60 brush-cutting arm, 90-degree rear, with a 120 cm head and two spare equipment sets.
• Fiat Dobló mixed van, license plate 8161-CMJ.
• EASY system collection truck, RENAULT PREMIUM 320.26 S 6X2, license plate 6813-FYN.

One month for allegations

The announcement complies with Article 8.2 of the Regulations on Assets of Local Entities, which requires the proceedings to be submitted for public information. The set period is one month, so that any interested party may consult the file and present any allegations they deem appropriate before the reclassification becomes effective.

What decommissioning implies

The alteration of the legal classification involves removing these assets from the public domain and transferring them to the patrimony of the provincial institution.
