The Provincial Council of Seville appoints Alejandra Durán as advisor for Con Andalucía

The Provincial Council of Seville has appointed Alejandra Durán Parra as advisor to the Con Andalucía Group, a non-permanent staff position of the corporation on a full-time basis. This is stated in a notice published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville (BOP), issue number 157, of Friday, 14 August 2026, page 37, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-157003.

The appointment is made by Presidency Resolution No. 5387, of 31 July 2026, and its effectiveness is subject to the interested party taking office. The notice, processed by the Public Employee Area, is made public “for general information” in accordance with the usual procedure for disseminating this type of agreement.

A position of trust with a public salary

The position of political group advisor is a non-permanent staff post, a figure provided for in local government legislation to carry out duties of trust or special advice, without a permanent nature or reserved post in the staff establishment. In this case, Alejandra Durán Parra will hold the position on a full-time basis, which implies exclusive dedication to the duties of the post.

That delegation arises from Presidency Resolution No. 7907/2024, of 25 November, which authorises the deputy secretary’s office to formalise this type of publication.
