The Provincial Council of Cuenca publishes the provisional lists for three positions

The Provincial Council of Cuenca has approved the provisional lists of admitted and excluded candidates corresponding to three public employment selection processes via competitive examination in the open category. The announcements are published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cuenca number 101, dated September 2, 2026, and excluded or omitted applicants have a period of ten days to rectify the defects.

The resolutions, signed by the President of the Council by delegation to the Deputy for Personnel and Internal Regulations (Decree No. 4841, of July 22, 2025), are issued under article 34.h of Law 7/85, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Government, and article 61 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the consolidated text of the Law of the Basic Statute of Public Employees. The processes arise from the Council’s Public Employment Offer for 2024 (Decree No. 10230, of December 26, 2024) and the correction of errors of the 2023 OEP (Decree No. 9824, of November 30, 2023).

Publications Assistant

Decree No. 6693, of September 1, 2026, approves the provisional list for one position of Publications Assistant (announcement No. 2083). There are 37 admitted and 8 excluded candidates, with a rectification period of ten calendar days.

• Excluded for failure to present proof of fee payment: Agata de Isidro Navarro, Ruth García Largo Grande, Cristina Morán Vergara, and Anabel Sánchez Serrano.
• Excluded for failure to prove the third party making the payment: Sandra Martínez Bayo and Ana Isabel Martínez Gómez.
• Excluded for failure to provide a payment account: Ainhoa Obispo Ibáñez.
• Excluded due to incorrect deposit account number: Inés Vacas Burgos.

Technical Architect

Decree No. 6691, of September 1, 2026, approves the provisional list for one position of Technical Architect (announcement No. 2084). The list includes 29 admitted and a single excluded candidate, with a rectification period of ten business days.

• Excluded: Jordi Fernández Herraiz.

Senior Environmental Technician

Decree No. 6692, of September 1, 2026, approves the provisional list for one position of Senior Environmental Technician (announcement No. 2085). There are 18 admitted and 6 excluded candidates, with a rectification period of ten business days.

• Excluded for failure to prove the required qualification: Agustín Coronado Martínez, Blanca María Muñoz Ortín, and Eva Pérez Franco.
• Excluded for failure to prove qualification or payment account: Alejandro Gabaldón Guijarro.
• Excluded for failure to present ID (DNI): Javier Olivares Ruiz.
• Excluded for failure to prove fee payment: Agata de Isidro Navarro.

Rectification period

Once the ten-day period has concluded, the Provincial Council will make public the final list of admitted and excluded candidates, which will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the corporation’s notice board. Inclusion in the list of admitted candidates does not imply recognition that the applicants meet the required criteria, the accreditation of which will be verified only for those who pass the selection process.

The publication of these provisional lists affects dozens of candidates aspiring to one of the three positions offered by the Provincial Council of Cuenca. Those excluded must carefully review the reasons for their exclusion and submit the correction within the deadline; otherwise, they will be excluded from the selection process.
