The Provincial Council of Castellón appoints six Therapeutic Pedagogy teachers

The Provincial Council of Castellón has permanently filled six positions for Therapeutic Pedagogy Teacher (subgroup A2) following the conclusion of the competitive examination process called via open entry. The appointment is formalized through Decree no. 2026-3225, dated August 31, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón number 106, dated September 3, 2026, with reference 03927-2026-U.
The decision, adopted by the Mr. Deputy Delegate for Human Resources by delegation of the Hon. Mrs. President, culminates a selection process whose positions were vacant in the provincial corporation’s civil servant staff and included in the public employment offers for the years 2024 and 2025.
A selection process of two calls
The competitive examination was announced via a notice published in the Official State Gazette number 58, dated March 6, 2026, while the rules governing the process (rules 3rd and 12th) were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón number 91, dated July 31, 2025. Following the proposal of the Qualifying Tribunal and the verification of the applicants’ documentation, the definitive appointment has been carried out.
The new career civil servants are integrated into the Council’s staff, in the Special Administration Scale, Technical Subscale, Middle Class, subgroup A2.

The decree permanently appoints the following applicants:
- Ms. Sara Lejardi Matute
- Ms. Yolanda García Zaragoza
- Ms. Cintia Maties Ponce
- Ms. Laura Agramunt Arnau
- Mr. Jaime Balaguer Navarro
- Ms. Patricia Vilar Pallarés
Reinforcement of provincial educational services
The appointment is part of the consolidation policy for the staff of the Provincial Council of Castellón, which thus reinforces its educational services with technical personnel specialized in diversity care. The act was signed in Castellón de la Plana on September 1, 2026, and the document bears the signature of the Head of the Human Resources Service, Mónica Marí Torán, by delegation of the Secretary General.
With this resolution, the six positions are no longer vacant and are now permanently occupied, which consolidates the stability of the provincial corporation’s specialized teaching staff and guarantees the continuity of therapeutic pedagogical care in the services provided by the Council.
