The Provincial Council of Córdoba appoints 23 career civil servants

The Provincial Council of Córdoba has made public the appointment of 23 new career civil servants: 15 administrative staff from subgroup C1 and 8 management technicians from subgroup A2, all corresponding to the public employment offers of 2020 and 2021. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 182, dated September 21, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-3158. The swearing-in of the appointees was set for September 15, 2026.

The announcement is based on article 62.1 b) of the revised text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, and complies with the rules of the selective tests for civil servant positions of the provincial corporation. The original call was published in the Official State Gazette number 295, of December 11, 2023, and the appointment was agreed upon by the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Córdoba on September 9, 2026.

The text appears in section VI, Local Administration, pages 13501 and 13502 of the provincial gazette, and is signed by the Provincial Deputy Delegate for Human Resources and Energy, Tatiana Pozo Romero, in Córdoba on September 16, 2026, by delegation of the president of the institution. The tax identification numbers of the applicants are published with some of their digits hidden.

Fifteen administrative staff consolidate subgroup C1 positions

The first block corresponds to 15 positions for administrative staff, group C, subgroup C1, General Administration scale, administrative subscale, from the 2020 and 2021 OEP. The appointees, with their assigned position number, are:

The list covers positions 1006 to 1021, although the numbering jumps from 1011 to 1013, as position 1012 does not appear among those awarded in this publication.

Eight management technicians reinforce subgroup A2

The second block comprises 8 positions for General Administration management technicians, group A, subgroup A2, General Administration scale, management subscale, also from the 2020 and 2021 OEP. The appointments are as follows:

In both cases, the same header data is repeated: call for applications published in the BOE number 295, of December 11, 2023; agreement of the Governing Board of September 9, 2026; and date of taking office on September 15, 2026.

Publication for general knowledge

The announcement closes with the usual formula stating that the publication is “for general knowledge,” under the signature of the president and by delegation of the deputy responsible for Human Resources and Energy. The publication in the provincial bulletin thus fulfills the legal requirement to publicize the appointment of career civil servants once the selection process has concluded.

With these 23 appointments, the Provincial Council of Córdoba advances in the consolidation of the positions committed in the public employment offers of 2020 and 2021, incorporating permanent staff in both the administrative and management scales. The measure reinforces the provincial workforce in two key levels for administrative processing and case management, and provides legal certainty to the candidates who passed the selection tests called in 2023.
