The Provincial Council of Cáceres appoints eight administrative staff as career civil servants

The President of the Provincial Council of Cáceres has issued a resolution, dated September 22, 2026, appointing career civil servants to occupy positions as General Administration Administrative Staff and permanently assigning them to their workstations. Taking of office and appeals

The assumption of office is set for October 1, 2026, a date that entails the cessation of those who held the positions now being filled on a provisional basis. The act is final in administrative terms: an administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court of the city of Cáceres within two months from the receipt of its communication or, optionally, a request for reversal may be filed before the Presidency of the corporation within one month from its notification, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1. The resolution is signed by the Chief of Staff, Álvaro Casas Avilés, in Cáceres, on September 22, 2026.
