Deadlines and award criteria
Applications must be submitted electronically through the Provincial Council’s electronic office within 10 business days from the day following the publication of the summary. The execution of the projects will take place between September 1, 2026, and May 15, 2027, coinciding with the 2026/2027 school year, and the justification must be submitted before July 15, 2027.
Each project will be scored from 0 to 5 points based on the coordination with the educational center and the person responsible for equality (up to 1.5), collaboration with other public entities or the third sector (up to 1.5), the link to grouped rural centers or those in difficult-to-staff areas (up to 1), and the territorial scope (up to 1). The minimum score to be funded will be 2.5 points, and in the event of a tie, priority will be given to the project registered first.
The competent body for resolution is the First Vice-Presidency of Territory, Equality, and Culture, by delegation of the Resolution of August 14, 2025 (BOP number 156, of August 18, 2025), and the maximum resolution period will be six months. The call, signed by the first vice-president María Esther Gutiérrez Morán, opens a direct opportunity for family associations in small Cáceres municipalities to promote co-education and equality in their centers, in a territory where dispersion and rurality make these initiatives especially valuable.
