The resolution, dated October 26, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada number 215, Friday, November 6, 2026, with the official reference BOP-GRA-2026-215003. The deadline for submitting applications is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the call summary in the Official State Gazette.
The rules and the call were approved by the Delegate Deputy for Tourism, Transparency, Human Resources, and Digital Transformation, Mónica Castillo de la Rica, by virtue of the delegation conferred by Presidency Resolution number 5356, dated August 25, 2026. The file number is 2026/PPT_01/000220 and the resolution bears registration number 6746, with publication number 2026058815. The call is based on Article 101 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime, Article 79 of the Recast Text of the Basic Statute of Public Employees Law, and Articles 124 and 126 of Law 5/2023, of June 7, of the Public Service of Andalusia, in addition to Decree 51/2025, of February 24.
Two destinations: Alhama and the center of Pinos Puente, Moclín, and Íllora
The two announced positions are permanent and appear in Annex I of the resolution, with the following characteristics:
- Community Social Services – Psychologist, code 3570, at the Community Social Services Center of the Alhama Region.
- Community Social Services – Psychologist, code 3538, at the Community Social Services Center of Pinos Puente, Moclín, and Íllora.
- Both have a destination supplement of level 24, a specific supplement of 20,239.80 euros per year, assignment to the Provincial Council of Granada under the Special Administration scale, group A1, and geographic dispersion.
Career civil servants with two years of active service
Career civil servants who can prove two years of active service and the requirements demanded in Annex I may participate. A minimum stay of two years in the last position awarded by competition is also required, except for the provided exceptions, and newly hired personnel must wait two years from their appointment. Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically via the electronic office of the Provincial Council of Granada, with the positions listed in order of priority.
Staff with disabilities may request workplace adaptation, supported by a report from the competent technical bodies of the Junta de Andalucía; the Provincial Council will assume the implementation and financing of such adaptations. The assigned posts are non-waivable and voluntary, do not generate compensation, and require a stay of two years before applying again.

The evaluation of merits reaches a maximum of 100 points, distributed as follows:

Evaluation Commission and calendar
Annex II designates the commission that will evaluate the merits, consisting of five members with an equal number of substitutes and a parity criterion:

The call opens a path for definitive assignment for civil service personnel of the province working in the Community Social Services network, with two level 24 positions in regions where psychologist coverage affects direct care to citizens. The resolution exhausts the administrative route and may be appealed for reconsideration within one month or before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction within two months.
