Processing and Allegations

As this is an initial approval, the file is subject to public inspection for a period of fifteen business days, starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the notice board, for the purpose of possible claims. The agreement does not acquire a definitive character until any allegations that may be presented are resolved.

The global amount of 2,971,000.00 euros is distributed among the 18 listed town councils, without the announcement detailing municipal contributions or execution deadlines for each action.

The publication directly affects the residents of the 18 localities, who will see paving works, gyms, sports halls, playgrounds, nurseries, and the purchase of vehicles and machinery financed from the 2026 provincial budget. The fifteen-business-day period opens the door for any interested party to consult the file and present allegations before the grants become final.
