The DGA appoints 16 technical officials in four professional scales.

The Official Bulletin of Aragon number 156, of 13 August 2026, publishes in its section II (Authorities and Staff) four orders of the Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration appointing career civil servants of the Corps of Technical Officials of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, Technical Faculty Scale. The orders HAP/1172/2026, HAP/1173/2026, HAP/1174/2026 and HAP/1175/2026, signed on 29 July by the Minister Roberto Bermúdez de Castro Mur, assign the 16 successful candidates their first post, with the status of permanent post, in departments and bodies of the three Aragonese provinces.

The appointments are issued in accordance with article 28.2 of the consolidated text of the Law on the Organisation of the Civil Service of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, approved by Legislative Decree 1/1991, of 19 February, at the proposal of the General Directorate of the Civil Service. Each order concludes a selection process called by resolution of the General Director of the Civil Service between 2021 and 2024 and consolidates posts from the public employment offers of the 2018-2022 financial years, as stated in the annexes.

Technical architects and surveyors

Order HAP/1172/2026 (call 240089, OEP 2021-2022) appoints seven technical architects, assigned to Education, Science and Universities (Huesca), Environment and Tourism (Huesca) and Housing, Development, Logistics and Territorial Cohesion (Zaragoza, Teruel and Alcañiz):

Forestry engineers and recovery technicians

Order HAP/1173/2026 (calls 220027 and 240014, OEP 2018-2021-2022) appoints six technical forestry engineers, all assigned to the Department of Environment and Tourism, in Huesca and Zaragoza:

Taking office and obligations

The named persons must take possession of the assigned post within one month from the day following the publication of the order in the BOA. To acquire the status of career civil servant, they must swear allegiance to the Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy of Aragon and submit the declaration of incompatibilities provided for in Royal Decree 598/1985, of 30 April, and in Law 53/1984, of 26 December, in accordance with the Order of 19 November 1986 of the Department of the Presidency and Institutional Relations. The orders, which exhaust the administrative route, admit a discretionary appeal for reconsideration within one month and a contentious-administrative appeal within two.

With these appointments, the Government of Aragon converts the vacancies offered in the 2018-2022 examinations into posts occupied by career staff, reinforcing essential services such as education, the environment, housing, urban planning and social care throughout the autonomous region with qualified technical profiles.
