The Community awards the management of six public nursery schools

The Regional Ministry of Education, Science and Universities of the Community of Madrid has formalized the management of six preschools within the public network through four service contracts, awarded for a combined total of 13,362,351.42 euros (VAT exempt). The resolutions of the Technical General Secretary, Joaquín Rubio Agenjo, dated August 24 and 25, 2026, are published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 209, dated September 2, 2026, in the Announcements section.

The contracts, processed by the Technical General Secretariat via open procedure and ordinary processing, cover the management services for the centers Campanilla (Arroyomolinos), El Arlequín (Rivas-Vaciamadrid), El Roble, La Mimosa, La Princesa, and El Trébol. All tender notices were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on May 15, 2026, and in the BOCM on May 27, 2026.

Individual Awards

• Campanilla (file A/SER-012779/2026, 322A-006-26): awarded to Ebasán Bastante, S. L. for 2,873,669.04 euros; awarded on July 17 and formalized on August 21, 2026.
• El Arlequín (file A/SER-012759/2026, 322A-002-26): awarded to Grupo Hamelin 2007, S. L. for 2,696,202.30 euros; awarded on July 21 and formalized on August 21, 2026.

Contracts Divided into Lots

File A/SER-012782/2026 (322A-012-26) groups the schools El Roble and La Mimosa, with a combined estimated value of 6,059,159.56 euros and a base budget of 2,717,169.84 euros:

• Lot 1 (El Roble): Domicilia Aliados por la Integración, S. L., for 1,358,584.92 euros.
• Lot 2 (La Mimosa): Paloma Barrios Martín, S. L., for 1,358,584.92 euros.

File A/SER-012785/2026 (322A-014-26) groups La Princesa and El Trébol, with an estimated value of 11,448,130.84 euros and a base budget of 5,075,310.24 euros, the highest of those published:

• Lot 1 (La Princesa): Crecer Juntos, S. L., for 2,537,655.12 euros.
• Lot 2 (El Trébol): Paloma Barrios Martín, S. L., for 2,537,655.12 euros.

Conditions and Unit Prices

The contracts, categorized as services with CPV code 80110000-8 (preschool education), were awarded to the most economically advantageous offer according to the established criteria. The monthly unit award prices range between 373 and 490 euros per student, 95.90 and 96 euros for dining services, and 10.82 and 10.83 euros for every half hour of extended hours. The Campanilla school, located at 106 Miguel de Cervantes Street in Arroyomolinos, depends on the Territorial Area Directorate of Madrid-South, while El Arlequín, at 88 José Hierro Street in Rivas-Vaciamadrid, belongs to that of Madrid East.

The formalization of these contracts guarantees the continuity of first-cycle educational care services within the Madrid public network, a matter of direct interest to user families and the early childhood education sector. Publication in the official bulletin provides publicity and legal certainty to awards totaling more than thirteen million euros, ensuring the management of the centers for the coming fiscal years.
