The house of Concha Espina, in the process of being declared a Site of Cultural Interest

The Regional Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sport has opened the public information process for the file to declare the house of Concha Espina, located in the municipality of Mazcuerras, as an Asset of Cultural Interest, under the category of Cultural Site. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria number 180, corresponding to September 18, 2026, with the official reference CVE-2026-7214. Interested parties have one month, counted from that publication, to examine the file and submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

The administrative file is currently being processed and, given the scope of the intended action, the General Directorate of Culture and Historical Heritage is submitting it for public information in accordance with the provisions of Article 18.2 of Law 11/1998, of October 13, on the Cultural Heritage of Cantabria, and Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
