La Carlota puts the kiosks at the Swimming Pool and the Football Field out to tender

The La Carlota City Council has initially approved the procurement file for the award of the patrimonial contract for the private use concession of the kiosks at the Municipal Swimming Pool and the Football Field, both located on Avda. del Deporte in the Córdoba town. The decision, adopted by Mayoral Resolution of August 14, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 161, dated August 20, 2026, with the reference BOP-A-2026-2906.

The announcement subjects both the file and the Specific Administrative Clauses Document that shall govern the tender to public scrutiny, opening a period of ten (10) business days for interested parties to submit allegations.

Urgent Processing

The procedure is being processed via the urgent route, which reduces by half the ordinary public information period regulated in article 64.1 of the RBELA. The legal basis is supported by Article 119 of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts, and Article 33 of Law 39/2015 on Common Administrative Procedure.

The ten-business-day period begins to count from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette.

During the allegations period, the file may be examined by any interested party at the municipal offices of the City Council. It will also be available electronically through two channels:

• The electronic office of the La Carlota City Council (edicts board).
• The PLACSP link of the City Council on the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
