The Granada Chamber of Commerce opens grants for the London tourism fair

The Granada Chamber of Commerce has opened the call for grants under the Pyme Global 2026 program for SMEs within its territorial jurisdiction to participate in the World Travel Market London 2026 trade fair, which will be held in London from November 3 to 5, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Granada number 182, dated September 21, 2026, with the reference BOP-GRA-2026-182027. The grants are 85% co-financed by the European Union’s European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The call is based on articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Subsidies Law 38/2003, of November 17, and the full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database with the identifier BDNS 929172, on the electronic office of the Granada Chamber, and on the website www.camaragranada.org. The announcement, registered under number 2026047434, was signed in Granada on September 14, 2026, by Isabel Contreras Ocaña, acting secretary general.

Amount and European co-financing

• Maximum grant amount: 9,874.44 euros, based on a maximum budget of 11,616.99 euros.
• 85% co-financing charged to ERDF funds, through the Spain Multi-regional Program ERDF 2021-2027 (POPE).
• Total execution budget of the action: 22,959.45 euros.
• Estimated resources for support services provided by the Granada Chamber of Commerce: 11,342.46 euros, provided by the ERDF, the Provincial Council of Granada, and the Chamber itself.

Up to seven beneficiary companies

SMEs within the territorial jurisdictions of the Granada Chamber of Commerce that are registered in the IAE Census (Economic Activities Tax) may apply for the grants. The maximum number of beneficiary companies will be 7.

The purpose of the call is the granting of financial aid to promote the participation of SMEs in the visit to the World Travel Market London 2026 trade fair, which will take place in London (United Kingdom) on November 3, 4, and 5, 2026.

Application deadline until October 9

The period for submitting applications opens at 09:00 hours on the business day following the publication of the announcement and will end at 14:00 hours on October 9, 2026. The participation application form can be downloaded at https://sede.camara.es/sede/granada.

Parallel call in Maastricht

In the same issue of the bulletin, the Granada Chamber of Commerce publishes another call for the Pyme Global 2026 program for a visit to the Big Science Business Forum 2026 trade fair, in Maastricht (Netherlands), from October 27 to 30, 2026. In this case, the maximum amount of the grants is 13,083.16 euros based on a maximum budget of 15,391.95 euros, with an application deadline until October 5, 2026 (reference BOP-GRA-2026-182028).

The call is of great interest to the province’s tourism sector, which will be able to access one of the sector’s leading international events at a reduced cost thanks to the support of European funds, the Provincial Council of Granada, and the Chamber itself. With only seven places available and a deadline of barely three weeks from publication, Granada’s tourism companies that wish to be in London in November have October 9 as their deadline.
