Likewise, the General Directorate of Navy Material was designated as the Work Directorate and the Navy Infrastructure Headquarters as the Work Inspection. The resolution delegated to the Chief of the General Staff of the Navy the issuance of clarifying circulars, the signing of the public works contract, and the application of fines and penalties, while the Ministry of Defense retained the acts of approval, award, declaration of void or failed, rescission, rescue, and expiration.

The magnitude of the call—more than 7.6 billion pesos and nearly a year and a half of execution—makes this tender one of the most relevant defense infrastructure procurements of the 2026 fiscal year and opens a concrete opportunity for construction companies with high-volume work capacity in southern Patagonia, in a naval jurisdiction site that requires compliance with the technical specifications approved by the force.
